Line Girardin and Yvonne Ehrensperger run the Chäs Alberta neighborhood shop in Winterthur Töss.
They took over the Chäs-Scherrer shop in 2022 when the owners retired. It's a passion project for Yvonne and Line, as they, being Chäs-Scherrer customers themselves, were determined to ensure the products remained available.
The shop name «Chäs Alberta» comes from the cheese «Fette Berta», which they gave to their mascot, a doll.
The owners appreciate the regional and diverse products from natürliThey appreciate the wide selection of cheeses made from cow's, sheep's and goat's milk, whether soft or hard.
Cheese Alberta They offer numerous products from the region around Winterthur, including wine, beer, oil, pasta, vegetables, dairy products, cheese, and bread. All of these items are available in their shop and can also be ordered for home or office delivery.
