The natürli Milk King is chosen

For three years the association has chosennatürli Quality Zürioberland »the milk king: in. The association promotes training and the exchange of experiences along our natürli-Value chain. This with the aim of further improving the cheese quality at every stage of production.

For the third time in a row, Manfred Baumann from Mühlrüti has won the title of “King of Me”. His milk was recognized as the highest quality in the competition. The quality of the milk is measured on the basis of various samples such as the number of cells and germs. A low cell count suggests good udder health, while the germ count has an influence on the shelf life, taste and processing of the milk. The low average value of all participants of 85 cells per milliliter of milk is very good and confirms the health of the udders and thus the high quality of the regional raw material.

Excellent quality milk as a raw material is a prerequisite for excellent cheese. That is why we use the association "natürli Quality Zürioberland »at the beginning of the value chain - at our Milchrodzuent: inside - with the aim of further improving quality at every stage of production.
