natürli cottage cheese
Made from the best milk from the Zurich Oberland
Grainy, creamy and healthy
The milk for ours natürli cottage cheese comes from the hills of the Zurich Oberland. We know ours natürli Dairy farmers personally - they guarantee us the highest quality in the raw product, the fresh milk that we use Dairy in Saland is processed.
The production of the cream cheese requires a lot of sensitivity. To obtain the granular substance, skimmed milk is used, which is thickened with lactic acid bacteria, cut into small cubes and warmed up with constant stirring. This process has to be done slowly. Only with a lot of experience and sensitivity can the perfect grain develop in the desired size and firmness.
