Short distances, maximum freshness

Milk is the crucial raw material in the production of cheese and dairy products and freshness is the decisive criterion for the highest quality. For the natürli-Cheese specialties only use silage-free milk from local milk suppliers natürli-cheese dairies used. We use milk from the Zurich Oberland region for the milk and dairy products that we produce in our dairy in Saland.

Due to the short distances, mechanical loads such as those caused by pumping or vibrations during transport are reduced to a minimum. This is the only way to guarantee that our dairymen use perfect raw material for paste milk and dairy products in the usual way natürli-Quality can process.

Carefully processed

We process the valuable raw material milk carefully and gently. As so-called raw milk, i.e. untreated milk, "fresh from the dairy cow", the milk reaches us in Saland. In order to make drinking milk from this raw milk, which we buy in supermarkets or retail outlets, the milk is pasteurized and homogenized. Brief heating (pasteurization) makes the milk durable and pathogens are eliminated. In this step, we attach particular importance to a gentle process so that as many of the heat-sensitive vitamins and nutrients as possible are preserved.

In our dairy in Saland, we process the high-quality raw material milk into various milk products that impress in terms of taste and quality. The natürli Dairy products range includes whole milk and milk drink, cottage cheese, low-fat quark, Birchermüesli and yoghurt in various flavors.

We use regional ingredients wherever possible and do not use preservatives, artificial flavors or colors in our dairy products.
