New Humidor (Chäs-Huus) in the Grüzemarkt in Winterthur
In the Coop Grüzemarkt shopping center in Winterthur, the 17th Käse,humidor from natürli opened. With that is natürli in Winterthur now represented at two locations with a «Chäs-Huus».
The Coop supermarket in the Grüze district of Winterthur has been completely renovated, modernized and has been shining in new splendor since the beginning of September. The building on Rudolf-Diesel-Strasse now stands out with a characteristic wooden façade, and energy is generated with a photovoltaic system on the roof. In the course of the renovation, the Coop supermarket Grüzemarkt completely renewed. The Coop was rebuilt according to the new mega-store concept and promises a modern shopping experience with a market atmosphere.
Part of the mega store concept are the Chäs-Hüsli, which natürli operates. A wide range of cheese specialties awaits you at the served cheese counter. Whole or half loaves can even be ordered and bought on request. Optimal ripening conditions prevail in the Chäs-Huus: At a cool 15 degrees and 94% humidity, the cheese wheels ripen in front of the customers.
In addition to the location in the Coop Grüzemarkt operates natürli also a cheese huus in the Coop at the Stadtgarten in Winterthur.
