The natürli zürioberland ag sells under the brand "natürli" selected regional cheese specialties of traditional Swiss cheese makers.In our own dairy in Saland in Tösstal, we also produce high-quality dairy products and cottage cheese.

natürli cheese and natürli dairy products are available at numerous retailers, in our over 20 Cheese Hüsli, at major Swiss foos distributors as well as in our Online-Shop .

Many of our products have been regionally certified since 2015 and carry the regional brand «from the Zurich Oberland» and so also the national seal of quality royal guarantee.

Our cheese specialties mature for an average of 9 months in our mudstone cellar - this is how they develop their characteristic aroma.

Tons of cheese

Over 200 tons of cheese ripen in our cheese cellar in Saland. There the cheese is regularly cared for and checked for quality.

Our regional cheese specialties we sell in over 20 Cheese Hüsli throughout Switzerland. Look forward to a shopping experience for all the senses.

Types of cheese

Depending on the season, we offer in our Cheese Hüsli up to 300 types of cheese from Switzerland as well as international specialties.

Chäs-Hüsli shopping experience

Fresh, fresher, Chäs-Hüsli: Anyone who has ever tasted cheese straight from the cheese cellar knows that the fresher the cheese, the better the aroma and taste.

In order to be able to offer customers cheese as fresh as from the cheese cellar, the natürli zürioberland AG has developed an innovative shopfitting concept: The Chäs-Hüsli, the first cheesehumidor.

The Chäs-Hüsli functions like a miniature cheese cellar and offers a shopping experience for all the senses: temperature and humidity are regulated so that they correspond to the ideal climatic ripening conditions in a cheese cellar. Thanks to optimal climatic conditions, the cheese can be stored unpackaged in the Chäs-Hüsli - so it retains its real aroma and continues to ripen in front of the customers' eyes until it has reached the perfect ripeness for consumption.
