Our cheese specialties mature in the claystone cellar for an average of 9 months - this is how they develop their characteristic aroma.

Tons of cheese

Up to 200 tons of cheese mature in our clay stone cellar in Saland. There they are regularly maintained and checked for quality.

Humidors

In seven HumidorWe sell our cheese straight from the cheese cellar. You can expect a shopping experience for the eyes, nose and palate.
