Cheebab: Innovative cheese kebab

Swiss companies are world-famous for their inventions and patents. In the cheese market, too, you can score with innovative products and Swiss quality and cause a sensation worldwide. The Ringwiler cheese master Roland (Roli) Rüegg succeeded with the cheebab to produce a real world first: A vegetarian cheese kebab, which is prepared on a skewer - just like its meat model. The chebab is heated on a skewer and then, like the kebab, cut into thin slices. The vegetarian alternative convinces with a fine nutty, almost caramel-like taste. The texture is crispy and, unlike other grilled cheese preparations, the cheesebab is not gummy or chewy.
